There are 2 ways you can purchase from us:
- You can place the order through the online shopping cart system on our website by choosing the products you are interested in, filling in your details, and submitting your order. The shopping cart system accepts all major credit cards. If you have any problems using our online shopping cart system, please contact us for further help.
- Email us to request a quote/invoice. Please specify which product(s) you are interested in, and the quantity you would like to order. Alternatively, you could create your own quote online, by selecting your products and saving the quote.
Registering an account at KingswaySoft makes it easier for you to shop with us. After you log in to our shopping cart system using your account, you will be able to access your order details at any time. You can also use the system to print order invoices, manage quotations and product key(s) information.
We require cleared payment before we can fulfill your order, this includes the release of the license key(s) that you have purchased.
You can place the order through the shopping cart system on our website, which allows you to make payment in real time.
We accept the following payment options.

We use Stripe as our primary payment processor. Stripe can accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and American Express. - Check
We also accept mailed checks. Our mailing address will be provided on the invoice we bill to you. - Bank Transfer (sender to pay all charges)
You can also make the payment through a bank transfer. We can provide our wire transfer information upon your request.
We never store your credit card information, neither is it ever transmitted to our server directly. We use Stripe as our primary payment processor. Stripe is PCI compliant. Our payment processors might store your credit card information for their reasons, but we never do.
Sorry, we do not do that for security reasons. We do not directly access your credit card information. You must make the purchase through our online shopping cart system. If you run into any particular challenges using our online shopping cart system, you can always contact us.
No, there are no shipping or distribution costs. As all our products are supplied electronically, nothing is physically shipped.
This depends on your location:
- If you are based in Canada, you will be charged GST/HST.
- If you are not based in Canada, we will not charge you any tax unless it is required by your government.
As we are based in Canada, this is not required. As an alternative, we can send you a W8-BEN form, which is equivalent to the W9 form in the US. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
As soon as your order payment is processed, you will receive an email from us which include your product license key(s) information along with the download link(s) of the product. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
NOTE: The license key email from KingswaySoft may sometimes get routed to your email's spam folder, so please check this folder if you have not received it within 24 hours. In case you still cannot find it there, please contact us and we will send it again. As an option to prevent our emails ending up in your spam folder, consider adding the @kingswaysoft.com domain to your Safe Sender list.
Once your order payment is processed, you will receive an email from us that will contain the product license key that you have purchased along with the activation instructions.
