We use Stripe as our primary payment processor, Stripe is PCI compliant and your credit card information is never transmitted to our server, neither is it stored anywhere in our system. If you are unable to make an online purchase through our shopping cart system, please feel free to contact us for alternative payment options. We accept mailed check, money order, or wire transfer.
Once you have placed the order through our shopping cart system, you will receive an email with product license key within 24 hours (usually within a couple of hours). Your software can be activated using the license key.
Note: The license key email from KingswaySoft may sometimes get routed to your email's spam folder, so please check there if you have not received it within 24 hours. In case you still cannot find it there, please contact us and we will send it again. As an option to prevent our emails ending up in your spam folder, consider adding @kingswaysoft.com domain to your Safe Sender list.
