Common Data Service (CDS) Integration
The CDS components are the components found within the SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics 365 that facilitate integration with Common Data Service (CDS)
You can use these components to facilitate data integration or migration with CDS v2.
Microsoft's CDS is built on the same framework as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Because of this, when you launch to CDS Source or Destination component, you will be presented with the same UI as our 365 CE/CRM components. You may refer to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM documentation for how to configure these components.
The CDS Connection Manager will also look very similar to the Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Connection Manager, the only difference is the CDS Connection Manager will not have the On-Premises Authentication Type available as discussed in the Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Connection Manager documentation.
